No update about my order

I made 3 orders on 21st June.. they provided false shipping details which were showing delivered on 15th Feb 2016. I sent them email and did phone calls but in vain..

Idiot and pathetic customer support.. this reminds me experience with Timtara.com

there is no resolution or refund yet.. payments were done by mobikwik where there no option for chargeback..

Raise issue in twitter, they will surely give response.

Made two orders received one but other one is just lost. Made so many calls and they gave me wrong docket no.of Dtdc. Wasted so much time and money on calls. Good that product was 49 rs.only but would take care next time even for such loots. (Not to say would never buy regularly from this site.)

I too faced similar issue.. placed 3 orders.. out of which 2 are delivered.. and one lost.. I don’t want to waste my time by taking to these idiots and loose call charges again… my first and last experience with shopcj..

Biggest loot of the year so far
But slept on that night,
some how managed to buy a mobile phone of 329-33
but delivered after 2 weeks
