NEXT Retail people are cheats to the core. I had ordered a videocon mobile last month. Then they said my credit card payment failed. Imagine my shock when I later found the amount had actually been debited. Now the same cheats want my identification and credit card statement before they can entertain my reversal request. What looters and morons. Never shop from these frauds.

Bro this is not the only site who follows this procedure but most of the well known sites follows the same procedure. They ask for transaction detail and screenshot of the statement so that the same can be forwarded to accounts department. So dont worry just send dem those details and you will surely get your refund. Cheers
