Search for battery problem of this phone on Google and xiaomi forum.. It hasn’t been fixed yet.. Even on reviews on flipkart/amazon, new reviews are complaining about it. They have messed it up with fingerprint software making the cpu run at full cores

You can go for redmi note 7 with snap 660 and better camera if you don’t want to suffer any Worst battery problems of MI A2!

Bought this phone 2 days ago. It’s lying on the table soft-bricked. One of the most messed up phone by the duo of Google and Xiaomi. All the OTA firmware updates sent by them are full of bugs and on installation leads to bricking of the mobile. Just Google the news about the problems in MiA2 updates sent by Xiaomi.
This mobile is selling over other Xiaomi mobiles because of it being stock android and that exactly is the thing creating problem for the user.

Still if you are ok with running to Mi service center after every OTA update(which is frequent in case of MiA2, it being a stock android) then you can very well buy this mobile.

Were you not aware of these issues before you bought the device? Hadn’t you unlocked the bootloader? AFAIK fastboot commands suffice. What about Custom ROMs? Do they also experience the same issues?
Lol mi a2 is the biggest flop such that its reduced from 17-18K to 10-11K now in such a short span time
