WHAT YOU GET

The customer will receive additional 30% cashback (maximum INR 1500) on top of any applicable instant discount offer (except CITISUPER and CITIMMT) on domestic hotels.
User can pay through My Wallet however cashback will be calculated only on the amount paid using the Citi Bank Credit/Debit Cards.
Cashback for all eligible users will be credited within 60 days from the date of booking.

HOW DO YOU GET IT

To avail the offer, customer must enter any applicable E-Coupon in the E-Coupon field before making the payment.
Offer period: This offer is only valid on bookings made from 0000 hours on 3rd August till 2359 hours on 5th August 2016 only.
This offer is valid for hotel check outs till 15th December’16.
The cashback offer is valid for only 1 booking per card during the offer period.
A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings.
A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings.
The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’s Android App, iOS App.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW

Offer is valid on select domestic hotels only.
Offer is not valid on bookings made through Pay at Hotel option.
Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel, through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD).

CONDITIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

In case of full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback.
If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
In case of partial cancellation, offer stand void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for cashback. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis booking amount.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer is not applicable on Citibank Corporate Cards.
Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
This offer is also valid on EMI transactions.

Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
If the Cardholder doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
PAYBACK points will not be credited for transactions where E-Coupon or Deal Code has been applied.
PAYBACK points will not be credited for payments made through cards eligible for Citibank Accelerated Rewards Program.
Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on the amount arrived at after deduction of the cashback amount from the booking amount. For e.g., if the customer makes a booking of INR 5000 and is eligible for a cashback of INR 1200, then the Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on INR 3800 only. This shall be applicable when the cashback is credited in customer’s Citibank card account and not MakeMyTrip My Wallet.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to the rules & regulations governing the use of the Citibank credit card and/or the Citibank websites as stated above.
