The offer does not hold good if any of the below happens
Customer is not eligible for cash back in wallet if deal code FLYKARO is entered later and not at the time of making the booking.
The customer shall not to entitle to cashback in the event of partial or full cancellation of booking. In case the booking is partially or fully cancelled after the cashback is credited to wallet, the booking amount shall be refunded after deduction of cashback amount and applicable cancellation penalty.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
If customer cancels the booking, the instant discount will be forfeited.

Cashback will be calculated on per Booking ID basis. Cashback will not be processed for each passenger.
Offer is valid only for flights originating from India.
Cashback will be calculated on base fare and not on total transaction value.
Offer is valid on all Desktop and App Bookings (iOS & Android).
Offer is valid only for following countries.

MMT shall not be liable for any claims or grievances’ solely attributable to the Bank or netbanking services of the Bank or for any credit or debit card related claims.
MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
