Offer is valid on domestic flight bookings made on MakeMyTrip mobile app(Android & iOS only) between 4 pm to 10 pm on Tuesday

Offer valid on minimum booking value of Rs. 5000 and above
Offer is valid for bookings made from 4 pm and 10 pm on Tuesday, 1st September 2015 only
This offer is applicable for 1 booking per card/account per day. In case a user makes multiple bookings during the offer period, the cash back will be processed for the first booking only.
Offer is valid on all American Express Consumer Cards issued by American Express® Banking Corp in India only. This offer is not applicable on Corporate Cards.
Offer is valid on Debit and Credit cards of HSBC Bank.
For YES BANK users the offer is only valid on debit card bookings
Offer valid on Citibank Credit cards only
The cashback will be credited to the payment source within 21 working days from the date of booking. For Citibank customers, cashback would be processed within 45 working days from the date of booking.
Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
Cashback is not applicable for cancelled transactions, refunds or returns.
Offer is not valid on payments/part payments made through MyWallet (MakeMyTrip wallet), EMI, PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD).
Cashback shall be processed to the Bin series provided by the Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by the Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any offer on MakeMyTrip during the offer period.
Any disputes regarding these and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed, by the Customers directly to MakeMyTrip on www.makemytr...om.
MakeMyTrip reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the discretion of MakeMyTrip and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder as applicable. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder
The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this offer in relation to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi.
The maximum liability of MakeMyTrip in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the value of Rs. 500. MakeMyTrip cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto in relation to MakeMyTrip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
If the Cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Cardholder has paid Rs. 10,000 (price quoted by MakeMyTrip) for a travel service and a cashback of Rs. 1,000 has been credited to the Cardholders account, the net amount paid by the Cardholder is Rs. 9,000. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs. 9,000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Cardholder’s account.
User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply.
Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount
