2.These terms and conditions of the Offer (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Conditions of Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent that Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. The Offer Terms may be withdrawn and/ or altered at any time without prior notice.

3.You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a billing address in India.

4.This Offer is valid for a period commencing from 00:00:00 (IST) on 1 August 2019 till 23:59:59 (IST) on 4 August 2019, or until stocks of the Eligible Product (defined hereinafter) are available during the said 4 days’ period, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”). Further, this Offer may be extended or revoked by the Seller at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.

5.Subject to the terms of this Offer, during the Offer Period, any person who purchases for products worth Rs.1299/- from specific selection of products sold by the Seller on Amazon.in (“Eligible Product”), will be eligible to avail an additional discount of Rs.200/-(Two Hundred) on the cart value of the Eligible Product (“Offer Price”) promo will be auto applied.

6.To avail the Extra Promo, the Eligible Products must be part of a single order and shipped to the same address. This Offer cannot be combined with other offers on Amazon.in, unless provided otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, you can avail the benefit of Extra Promo only once during the Offer Period and as part of a single order number.

7.If you return any of the Eligible Products and the effective order value of such order reduces to value less than Rs.1299/-, you shall not be eligible to claim the entire benefit of Extra Promo and in such case, the refund amount (if any) for the returned Eligible Products to be provided to you shall be deducted to the extent of the discount availed by you as part of Extra Promo.

8.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
