During Navatri sale I brought this same product from paytm, they sent cheap old memory card instead of powerbank. when I immediately scheduled for return, my return request was rejected after that no response received from paytm. I posted numerous posts on facebook/twitter about the issue, struggled more than a month to get refund.
News is, after I got refund, my account blocked without any reason and no response from fraud paytm support. I too stopped shopping at paytm
Mostly you will get fake or different product. Paytm is FRAUD
Use paytm wallet only and avail cashback — that is the only good thing.
For shopping I STRONGLY recommend to AVOID Paytm (for saving peacefullness and time and may be money)
I ordered a 15000 power bank and got a 300rs cheap 6000mah power bank instead.. But I returned it.. and no problems even though the item was not identical, in the process I wasted the onceamonth coupon.. But other stuff had major problems return such fake stuff..
I wont order anything from paytm now. Last 5 items.. yes 5 of them were not worth half the cost of what I paid.. Were junk and useless for the purpose I bought it for. One of them I thought was junk before hand but I was disappointed.. It was worse than junk and would have damaged equipment if I had not looked at it carefully.. A few items in between were fine but I am now 70% or so between junk and ok.. They never send the item described or shown in the listing.. When they do it it fine.. And paytm acts now like they are getting ripped off by us.. Just not worth it. I dont even bother looking now.
