Caution : If you have not bought anything from eBay.com before, I would advise you to use a PayPal account with a debit card so that in-case something gets wrong, you will always be protected by PayPal & the refund comes directly to your bank account linked with the debit card…

No…All cheap items sold by sellers on eBay will come by registered post only…They can’t afford to give them at such a cheap rate if they have to provide express shipping in that cost…
You can add express shipping if you message the seller before buying but it’s not advised because it’s costly & will attract customs duty…
Express shipping will always be provided on all the sites but at an additional cost…So sometimes sellers who sell items at cheap prices don’t include the express shipping by-default because it increases the overall cost of the products & lower their sales…
I even buy mobile covers, screen guards, adapters (plus whatever item I don’t get in Indian market or relatively costly) etc from eBay & even though they take a long time to reach here but I still get them at a fraction of price compared to the local prices…
