MI jaw dropping deal [ACTIVE]

Many times it was available for 12999 and purchase RP for 6500 with amazon Giftcards, whats jaw dropping in this, they are clearing their old stocks, nothing else

MI4 = No 4G = Better buy Redmi Note 3…

mi4 is a fossil… and they still charge a premium for a non 4g mobile. Its price should go below 12k and even then ppl may not buy.

Xiaomi lost a lot of sales by launching mi5 at 25k and that too a 32 GB variant. One thing these Chinese manufacturers should understand, the flagship buyers will never choose Xiaomi/Oppo etc. So they should stop fooling themselves and stick to sub 20k market. Even One plus 2 64gb is cheaper than mi5 with 32gb which doesn’t sound good.

My jaws did drop, at the stupidity of these deals.
Other than that cant imagine why anyones jaw would drop at something so silly, jaws drop when something awesome happens, like if the girl next door opens her door without any……

Agreed the point about MI 4, it’s an outdated phone with no 4g, and Note 3 would be a better buy.

As about the Mi5 vs One Plus 2 comparison, I too hope the pricing could’ve been better, but MI 5 clearly packs better performance than Op2. Snapdragon 820 vs 810, the faster flash memory all help Mi5 (even this base, lower clocked variant) give some decent performance.

Compared to one plus 2, the main pros are the 4GB ram and 64GB ROM in one plus 2. These may tilt the favor with one plus being better placed as an overall package.

Also I feel one plus two is better looking of the two. The glass back of mi5 will be prone to scratches and breakage. Though this is a personal preference. Everyone uses back covers these days and it doesn’t make much sense to put glass there.

Don’t get me wrong, I wanted Xiaomi to win with the mi5. But they priced it too high, especially considering users in that range will prefer to buy 64gb rather than 32gb and 32gb itself is priced 25k which should’ve been the price for 64gb. The main disappointment is that direct conversion of Chinese price means it should be 20k. They achieved this with redmi note 3 so they could’ve done the same with mi5.
