23k max. 25k is not bad deal. But it make less interesting. Also they are directly selling it. It would be better if they sell through flipkar amazon

Got 6.0.1 Android Update Couple Of Days Ago And Our All Issues Are Solved Now.

SD 615 is very much inferior when compared to SD 810/820
Moto X Play cant handle much heavier tasks and 2GB Ram is a bummer

They haven’t priced Yutopia with SD 810 for 25k now, at that time SD 810 is the fastest and greatest from qualcomm
and Remember Yutopia is a big time failure even during the initial stages without any user experiences/reviews
This pricing doesn’t fit for India, at least for flash sales.

In China it costs around 20.5k with local taxes
For devices being shipped to outside china, price doesnt include local taxes (like VAT for mobiles in UK), then the price comes down to 17-18k
Considering 20% import charges and taxes, 21000-21999 seems to be very much appropriate. Xiaomi is clearing looking for more profits here

Very true. Even going by how Xiaomi priced Redmi Note 3 in India when compared to China the Mi5 is overpriced in India.

What I meant is affordability… Mmx managed to get good share because they made good phone available in affordable price.. But they couldn’t do the same for Yuphoria.

Their strategy has been very bad
They released a device @ 9k – Very nice for SD 615
Then another device @ 7k – Good pricing with 5inch and 2GB Ram

Then 25k pricing for a device all of a sudden
They should’ve tried 15-20k segment first and depending on the response they should’ve gone for 25k device
Even the timing for Yutopia is very bad considering SD 820 to be out in a month or two

its definitely Overpriced for Xiaomi sorry for posting but still for a first SD820 phone in india. maybe not that costly
