Missed. 
I guess those who missed it are in benefit. I ordered it on Apr 23 while that 10% Amazon Pay promo showed on the product page,
but not sure why I had an intuition that something is not right, so I sent a message to Amazon customer service asking to confirm
I’ll receive the 10% GC, but they plainly denied saying the promo ended Apr 22.
Furthermore, according to them, this product wasn’t even eligible.
Good that I haven’t still got it delivered as it’s a non returnable item per Amazon, so thinking of canceling it.
But, before I do so, does anyone have the screen shot of the product page showing this promo ?
I made the mistake of not taking any screenshots.
