Missed posting it by couple of minutes.
Appears to be a superb offer if there are no hidden caveats. A definite FPD.
Edit: Its a cashback, which makes it good only if booking a throw-away price ticket (under Rs 2500 -3000).

ha-ha. I know. I did that too but was slightly skeptical and so mentioned it better be true.
It turned out to be true but instead of Discount its a cashback which actually changes the deal quotient significantly. Nonetheless it is still a good deal for one way flight bookings of price less than 3500.

Can I take back my ‘VU’ and suggestion for this deal

Getting 2016 wallet amount for three months isn’t a good deal at all. Moreover Wallet amount can be used for getting a maximum discount of Rs 500 only, which most-of-times is lesser than generally available other discounts.

- To avail this offer, one will have to book a ticket by tomorrow at FULL PRICE. (A discount opportunity of 350-500 foregone, Smartbuy offers Rs 350 discount + No booking fee = total 500+)
- Further on future booking, a person will be entitled for a discount of Just Rs 500 on a ticket. (At that time also atleast a discount of 200-300 will be available at one or other flight booking portal). So effectively a benefit of Just 100-200 bucks (that also is not sure).
- To top it all, booking has to be done on MMT App… So no Cashback. Means a loss of Rs 120 per booking.

So, to avail above offer a user will get tied to MMT and further his effective tickets amount will be much more than if booked otherwise.
