WHAT YOU GET?
The customer will receive a cashback of Rs.1200 to card account on domestic flight bookings with a minimum card paid amount of Rs.5,000(excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased eg: meals, insurance.) paid through Citi credit and debit cards only on bookings made from 3rd January’2017 till 28th March’2017
The Cash Back amount will be credited to the customer’s card account within 60 days from the date of booking.

HOW DO YOU GET IT?
To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon FLYNOW in the E-Coupon field
This Offer valid on Citi Credit and Debit cards only
The offer is valid on Tuesdays starting 3rd January’2017 and till 28th March’2017
The offer is valid on bookings made between 1600 hrs to 2200 hrs on every Tuesday.
The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’s Android & iOS App only
This offer is valid only on the first eligible transaction per card per Tuesday.
WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet – bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, net banking, payback points, COD, Pay Pal, Pay at Hotel and EMI payments.
CONDITIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback.
If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer is NOT applicable on Citibank corporate cards
Add-on cards will be treated as separate card
In the event of Citi Card being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for this offer on Citi Cards
Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
The cash back on Citi cards will be provided in the Customer’s card account within 60 days from the date of transaction on a best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit
For all bookings, the cashback amount shall be credited to the same credit/debit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking, and will reflect in the monthly card statement/s
This Offer is also valid on EMI transactions

If the Cardholder doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 4 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on the amount arrived at after deduction of the cashback amount from the booking amount. For e.g., if the customer makes a booking of INR 5000 and is eligible for a cashback of INR 1200, then the Citibank Accelerated Reward points will be calculated on INR 3800 only. This shall be applicable when the cashback is credited in customer’s Citibank card account and not MakeMyTrip My Wallet.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
PAYBACK points will not be credited for transactions where E-Coupon or Deal Code has been applied
MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims

MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount
Citibank shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to MakeMyTrip due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to the Offer.
