I applied referral code but did not receive the Cashback. Their process is not transparent, no way to know the referred friends etc

i used this offer on a new device went fine till , it redirects to add money i tried to add using Digi bank debit card but got error zakaya pay has blocked ur card(first time used with mobikwik) 
Hence i created an account in corp e purse and added 100>> 2 mobikwik via net banking (tranx failed @ mobikwik ) 
uninstalled it . but surprisingly i got sms regarding referral cb and tranx got success

I had referred two numbers on 11th. Got CB for one account yesterday and in the second account today. Had opened a ticket for the first account two days back and they credited the CB. For the second account, they credited by themselves.
