I got extra recharge for all four transactions but delayed. I received a call from them immediately after sending a mail regarding the delay in addl. recharge and they assured that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours….As said I recd the addl. recharges within 48 hours.

Its been more than a week now and i am still not able to use my atom wallet balance.
I have sent several emails and not even a single revert has came in.
Now keep that Rs 100 from my side as a charity.

Whoever has problems with atom, please raise your voice and mail your complaint with txn id and forward the mails written to Atom to cerc@cercind…rg and other consumer helplines. Also see if any online petition can be filed which can be signed by all whoever is affected by this irresponsible behaviour of atom.

But got benefited twice
Recharged after struggle for the first time (Did not get the balance for the first time to raised complaint)
After the first recharge of 100 was done, raised another complaint to avail additional 100 as per offer. Was recharged with the same amount in two days.
Today to my surprise got a call from them that Rs 100 have been credited to atom wallet. Reinstalled the app to se that really Rs 100 were credited. Recharge another mobile with the same amount.
Now this is called “Sau pe Do sau offer” Got Rs 200 extra on recharge of 100.

Yes…I recharged for 3 Nos. for 100 got addl. recharge of 100 to all 3 no. and today got 300 cash back to my wallet
