Not worth the price. bough in Dec. it use the exact same circuit which used in low cost local led bulb ( just use PPC capacitor as drive which stop working after few months , need to add ntc for surge suspension like in Philips or Bajaj led bulbs ) here is the link for better led bulb.

Also bought 3 watt led which listedfor 250 rs for 2 pcs. Received item was much better then listed one on tradus. After using mflat200 for 2 order effective price will be 75 rs for 1 led and 100 for 5 watt

Do you mean to say that poor quality ones don’t have good surge protection:-?

LED bulbs have shelf life of atleast 10,000 hrs but condition apply and for led only not drivers.
1 led bulb run on ~3.5 volt and AC Led bulb use many leds in series. Like if you us 10 led in series it required 35 volt to operate and resistance to limit the current to ~20ma. Drivers are used in each and every led bulb to step down the current.
Good brand led bulb use the better driver which last long. This link may help

Drive use 1 ppc register cost 5 rs, 2 resistance cost 1 rs. I electric capacitor cost 5 rs. 4 diode cost 4 rs. Led bulb 1 to 3 rs. Only ppc capacitor getting dead most of the time.

how is intensity of light will it suffice replacement of a tubelight in room. i have never used led before so pleae guide

5 watt bulb has enough light. Moserbear use the same driver so not worth for even 200. my suggestion go for Bozz 5W LED Warm White Bulb. Here is the image which I got (3w and 5 w). Very good backup if you use inverter.

Not worth the price! If you know lil bit of electronics you will know why!
All these companies are currently trying to cash on this ‘LED’ thing.

Wait until the market is flooded with options and the prices would be more realistic.

You need equivalent wattage of led bulb as that of tubelight. 30 W of tube-light would be equivalent to 27 W of led bulb.

Though led has advantage of longer life(only good brands, which are very expensive to justify investment right now) and warm white color offerings
