Amazon Now Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions

Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.ama...in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding eBooks and apps.
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
This Offer (as hereinafter defined) is brought to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) and participating brands and made available on Amazon.in by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”).
This Amazon Now “Go Cashless Today” Gift Card promotional offer (“Offer”) is valid from 9th November, 2016 6:00 PM to 10th November, 2016 11:59 PM, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and/or the participating brands in their sole discretion without any prior notice.
Under this Offer, any person in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai who purchases any product/products listed by a seller on the ‘Amazon Now App’ (“Purchaser”) during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 100 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 during ‘Go Cashless Today’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 200 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 during ‘Go Cashless Today’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 300 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 3000 during ‘Go Cashless Today’. The Purchaser would be entitled to the Gift Card provided that the purchase order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and the purchased product should not have been returned or refunded by the Purchaser.
This Offer is valid if the value of a single order made by the Purchaser on the Amazon Now App alone is equal to or more than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 to receive an INR 100 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 to receive an INR 200 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 3000 to receive an INR 300 Gift Card. The Purchaser shall not be eligible for getting the Gift Card if he places multiple orders individually less than INR 1000 but cumulatively aggregating to INR 1000, INR 2000 or INR 3000 on products on the Amazon Now App. For example, if the Purchaser places 5 different orders of Rs. 200 each, he shall not be eligible for the Offer. Similarly, if a customer places 3 Orders of INR 1000 each, he shall be eligible only for the INR 100 Gift Card offer.
The Offer can be availed by one customer only once on the Amazon Now App. In case of multiple orders of eligible products, the highest eligible order would be considered. For example, if a customer places 3 separate orders from products shown in the Amazon Now App of INR 3002/-, INR 1001/- and INR 2011/-, the INR 3002/- transaction would be considered from the Amazon Now App (Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai Orders only) and customer would be eligible for a single INR 300/- Gift Card for the INR 3002/- transaction only.
This Offer is valid ONLY on purchase of products listed on the Amazon Now App (Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai Orders only).
Only those orders which are worth over INR 1000/- individually are eligible for the promotional offer. Multiple orders cannot be combined to claim the Offer.
Each Seller Cart in Amazon Now App is considered as an individual order.
The Offer is applicable only for orders placed between 9th November, 2016 6:00 PM to 10th November, 2016 11:59 PM.
The Offer is applicable on the ‘Ordered Value’ of the orders placed during the Offer Period. For example, an order placed on 10th November, 2016 on Amazon Now App, for delivery scheduled on 11th November, 2016 will be eligible for Offer but an order placed on 8th November, 2016 on Amazon Now App for delivery scheduled on 9th November, 2016 would not be eligible for the Offer.
Gift Cards are brought to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited.
The Gift Card will be credited to the customer’s account, and a notification will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
Additional Offer for ICICI customers on Amazon Now
What is the offer?
Get an additional gift card on using ICICI Bank Credit and/or Debit Card. The value of gift card issued will be INR 100 on a purchase which is equal to or greater than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000, INR 200 on a purchase which is equal to or greater than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 and INR 300 on a purchase which is equal to or greater than INR 3000.
How can I avail this offer?
Each time you transact on the Amazon Now App between 9th November, 2016 6:00 PM to 10th November, 2016 11:59 PM you need to have a transaction of Rs. 1000/- and above. There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process.
What is the value back that I can get?
The value back is as per the below slabs:
Additional Amazon Gift Card for ICICI bank Credit and/or Debit Card customers:
a) Spend Rs. 1000-Rs. 1999 : Get Rs. 100 as Amazon Gift Card
b) Spend Rs. 2000-Rs. 2999 : Get Rs. 200 as Amazon Gift Card
c) Spend Rs. 3000 and above : Get Rs. 300 as Amazon Gift Card
When will I get the Amazon Gift Card?
Amazon Gift Card will be credited to the card holder’s account latest by January 31st, 2017.
Is this offer applicable on ICICI Netbanking?
No, the offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank Credit and/or Debit Card
Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?
No, you do not need a promo code. Just use your ICICI Bank Credit and/or Debit Card to place the order. This offer is not valid on ICICI Netbanking or Amex ICICI cards.
Can I avail the offer on more than one purchase?
No. This is applicable only on one purchase per customer.
What is the minimum purchase that I need to do?
You need to have a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000/- on the Amazon Now App in one transaction on your ICICI Bank Credit and/or Debit Card to be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card.
What is the maximum value back that I can avail?
You can avail a maximum of additional Rs. 300/- on your ICICI bank Credit and/or Debit Card. This offer is not valid on Netbanking or Amex ICICI cards
Can I avail additional value on credit card on EMI?
Yes. The additional value back is also for EMI options.
Terms and Conditions
This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI bank credit and/or debit card (excluding Amex ICICI cards) (“Card”) (“Cardholder”).
The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: 9th and 10th November 2016, unless extended by ICICI and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.
