@ teja… i gt this in app notification .. and i m unable to find t and c from that… clickng on the offer banner takes to payment directly….
if any of the existing users have the app , can chk it once if thy can find t and c…. ideally… d cash back should cme fr any transfer to vpa… and shouldnt be restricted to only mypollin users… i cant verify this because i have already done few trnsfers earlier and this is valid only fr first transaction…

Just a noob question. If I transfer the amount to a no. in which I created a vpa on Phonepe. Do I have to create a Id in that no. on Mypoolin?. To accept the transfer?

Just now completed the registration and noticed that we can not really transfer to any other VPA, only we can transfer to Mypoolin users via using their mobile number

After that i click on send money and filled all the required fields.
Now when i click on Send→ Confirm it shows 3 different apps which is MyPoolin, Pockets and Phonepe.
Now what should i have to do ?

HI All, Before you try out transfers, Please do the below steps:
1. first go to my account, Create your VPA, choose your bank account which has UPI.
2. After creating it, set the Mpin and fill the details of cashback bank details.
3. Now try sending the money to your friend who has created VPA .
4. If someone sends money in turn to you , example : You created VPA as xyz@yesbank, it automatically sends the money to your linked cashback bank account.

Everytime you click on the number and enter the vpa created using phonepe the popup comes again UPI or Netbankong/credit card/ Debit card.

Step 1: searched my mobile no and filled the details like amount and purpose…
Step 2: while redirecting to next page i gt option to choose frm mypoolin , pockets and phone pe.
Step 3: it redirected to a page where it askd fr pin asociated wid mypoolin vpa which is @yesbank… the linked account is my icici ac..
Step 4: i entered the pin and then my icici account gt debited fr the amount and credited tooo..
Guys : i understand that the interface of app is frustrating and nt a easy task to trasnfer….
Unfortunately there is no defined t and c’s for the offer and i cant help much with that… ( i dnt own that app ) so apologies for all the mess… !!!
