Or the price could be low due to capacity of 12lts/hr

Great….but as a confirmation, do get the filtered water checked for dissolved solids, PPM, heavy metals. If it passes, it’s as good if not better than branded.

thanks bhai for concern, TDS level from municipal water source is about 300-400 and that of purified water is between 20-40 whenever randomly checked

Somebody suggest me Water Purifier +RO with cheapest annual service charges.

We can get RO Water purifiers that are assembled similar to this price locally with the benefit of service facility near you…..

Anyways all RO water purifiers work on same mechanism so anyone in general can service any Brand or not..

the other RO+UV model from the same brand is listed at 12k……

It appears there is no after sales service for this product. I can’t even find a proper company site.

One almost fake site is this http://nauticaro.com/custome…ml, it lists the product but i doubt this brand.

No deals … even the customer care no. listed on there site is 9999999999 (fake) … even a bond can’t have this no. So… they are certainly more than that .

Rest … it appears that you might have to run from pillars to post for getting it installed when you don’t even have the no.

yes it definitely suites me, KENT company rate for EACH MEMBRANE is Rs.350/- rupees if bought Directly & if you do it via a franchisee then its Rs.2200/- per membrane.

and if you buy it outside KENT & PIMPS then it comes out to Rs.650/- for the 3 set membrane.

I do not care if you have spent 10 times the money which I have spent ……… just do not try to justify that you are rich.

The packet in which I got this ro is not of nautica .moreover when I got it installed it was leaking from all over while making some jugaad and finally I switched it on my main mcb got tripped.
Now I don’t know what to do of this 5k garbage . Has called snap deal and raised a dispute also . Let’s c what happens now

Sir there is only one membrane in water filter and one uv light maybe you are talking about set of filters, prefilter sediment etc etc.

If SD dont listen try calling any local service guy could be filters are screwed loose, coming to your mcb tripping it can also be that adapator in filter is malfunctioning. Sorry to learn about experience. Good luck.

I have placed order for this item and mailed before shipping requested to send the details for installing party for rs 300 as per their web display.
they replied with message that “we are not able to contact you regarding”. they did not called me and did not send the details.

now local spare parts are available easily and call any of local service tech who works for kent aquagard dolphin for help.

first look in the filter is it has five filters as mentioned in snapdeal offer page. if it is not proper get refund. ask them re-shipment as per new policy of snapdeal.

company website is a fake but product also not good then we have to blame the snapdeal.

why this fake product deal still showing green smiles which may attract more people to fall prey.

1. We have been manufacturing industrial water filters since 1990 and have just launched our home products.
2. We did not expect to see such a spike in demand and therefore we did not update the website information fast enough, again, many apologies for the misinformation.
3. The “Nautica” brand is a TradeMark of our company and there is no rights infringement on any other brand. TM’s are awarded based on different classes, we are not in apparel or sports, we are in the appliances and electronics class.
4. It is not a Kent Copy. The said body is manufactured by our vendor in India, who has all the rights to the design.
5. We are launching a new range of products soon, this was a pilot, therefore we did not invest in new designs.
6. It does have a Sediment and Carbon filter also UV and RO.
7. The price point is only such because of the promotion our partners SnapDeal is running for us.
8. We are ramping up our after sales network at a break neck speed, due to the logistical hurdles involved we admit there were a few issues overlooked like the updation of website and lack of call center.
9. The problem of “paradisevikas” is known to us, it was caused due to installation by a third party. We highly suggest against that. But in any case we offer to take back the product, please contact us directly or through SnapDeal.
