1. I first tried with Standard Chartered card and the payment failed still the 1$= 49.91Rs is debited from my card and I received an sms saying from my bank. When I checked on Ebay it’s still showing the option “Pay Now” and the t&c says unless we request the seller to cancel the order we are obliged to pay him when we initiated the buying
2. After the failed transaction I transacted with my Citi credit card via paypal and this time I am successful in paying, and today morning I saw an email from the seller saying he will ship only black frame as requested and also I recieved an Email that Paid on 29-Feb-2012 Shipped on 01-Mar-2012

Please some one tell me what do to with the 1st point..@Rockbottom @oli please let me know

Dude don’t worry, every failed payment is also tracked, this happens on all eBay sites once in a while.. You can either wait for the auto-refund or to be safe, write to eBay support.. Just tell them the date, product you tried to purchase, and mode of payment used..

1. What is the eBay support mail ID? Yesterday I requested the seller to cancel the order with whom my payment is stuck (1st case) dint hear back from him.
2. The second case the product is shipped today eager to see the shipping details but cannot see them in my a/c

About contacting ebay the email mentioned by you is for ebay India – please contact ebay.com customer support from Self Service Tools (http://ocs.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CustomerS….) – just open a case (or report an item) and claim that you have paid but order was not placed.. They will look into it

The amount charged to my card based on the receipt from paypal is Rs 49.91
Exchange rate: 1 Indian Rupee = 0.0198357 US Dollars

The seller xcpboboyes (lol for usage of the word bobo) shall be using hongkongpost mail for shipping, which I guess would bring India Post into picture once the product reaches Indian shores. Fingers crossed

1. People bought the 199 one with zero powered lenses so anyways this gives you a choice at just Rs. 50
2. The seller has >45000 feedbacks They ship at least few hundred product a day so the ‘international’ part is pretty safe;
3. This deal will be a ‘new beginning’ as I don’t see many ‘safe’ international deals on DD apart from TomTop
