a. How much cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance can I get and what do I need to do?

(i) You can get Rs 1000 cash back in the form of Amazon Pay Balance when you purchase Moto G5 (“Device”) using Amazon Pay Balance. To do this, first load your Amazon Pay balance. Once this is done, you may purchase the Device using Amazon Pay balance.
(ii) You can get Rs 500 cash back in the form of Amazon Pay Balance when you purchase the Device using any other payment method.

You will receive this cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance within 30 days of purchasing this Device.

c. How will I get the cashback?

You will receive the credit as Amazon Pay Balance. This will be automatically credited to the Amazon Pay Balance associated with your Amaozn.in account.

2. I am availing free trial Prime membership.

a. How much cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance can I get and what do I need to do?

(i) You will receive Rs 1000 cash back in the form of Amazon Pay Balance if you purchase the Device using Amazon Pay Balance and thereafter purchase annual paid Prime membership at end of your free trial period.
(ii) You will receive Rs 500 cash back in the form of Amazon Pay Balance if you purchase the Device using any other payment option and thereafter purchase annual paid Prime membership at end of your free trial period.
(iii) You will not receive any cashback if you do not purchase annual paid Prime membership after your free trial period is over.

e.Is there a time limit within which I need to sign up for a one-year Prime membership?

Yes. You need to sign-up for a paid Prime membership within 10 days of the expiry of your free trial. You will be notified via email or SMS upon the expiry of your free trial

3. I am not a Prime member

This Offer is only available to Prime members. In order to avail benefits under this Offer, you must be atleast a free trial member at time of purchase of the device.

B. What happens if I replace the phone?

The cashback awarded to you in the form of Amazon Pay Balance under this Offer, will be retained in your Amazon.in account if you replace your Device. Phone replacement happens as per standard Amazon.in policy.

C. What happens if I purchase more than one Devices?

Quantity limit is set 1 Device per customer. The Offer will be available only once per customer.

D. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order.
