it should be effectively 18360 + 800 ( installation )= 19060 as you can bargain with the installation guys in the off season for that..and at that price it is still nt available in the local market..the best possibe price i got is 20500 in market with installation and without stabilizer…only buytheprice is selling this ac at 20000 with stabilizer and without installation but then only in mumbai, NCR and hyderabad region…and i dont think u need a stabilizer for your ac unless and until there is much fluctuation of voltage in ur region…..i am frm Bhopal and have 3 acs installed in my home and 1 in my shop all working fine and without stabilers as in cities we dont see much fluctuation in the voltage so thinking about the stabilizer issue can be secondary depending upon the voltage fluctuations in the installed region and about the out stand you always have to pay seperately for that … it is never included in the package….

there is not much difference between 2 star and 3 star…..it just makes some sense if u r planning to go for a 5 star…but if u r planning for a 3 star ac you can opt for this…
