Niki service is poor and very slow. They provide gift cards in two working days. and also niki does not have any customer care number. Its better to not to take risk only for 10%

Have been using this since long back

Have received all the Cashbacks of payzapp (₹94 to be precise was the cashback amount)

It’s a great offer to utilise if you need to order from Bigbasket

But now it’s posted they would soon patch it be sure to order as many GV as possible. It has 1 year validity so no issues if you order regularly.

And in every case I order the gift card at around this time of the day and got it delivered the next day before noon so pretty fast

And Payzapp cashback processing is slow.

I’ve received all cash-backs but it took sometimes 3 weeks too (didn’t follow up) make sure to take screenshot if promo applied screen for future reference
