@drak my friend it has come lot in a way where each merchant claimed 50%off on first offer while it was off only on first order of paypal and not merchant. Keeping t&c disguised is the objective.
How do I know if register through Niki is not compulsory which work as referral scheme where cash back is only provided to all customer of Niki registering on paypal through Niki.
In normal circumstance what you are saying is true but with paypal, i have had enough experience in 15 days on different merchant with paypal suggesting merchant t&c are incorrect.

Ok, so paying attention to this and also the following:
1. Though ALL USER OFFER is mentioned below in tiny fonts on the offer image on niki, there is no explicit mention of this important point in the long list of t&c.
2. On PayPal site, this merchant specific offer is mentioned on the Offers page (https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/online-sh...), but there is no mention of the t&c, except those of the general offer of 50% cb upto 200.
3. Niki’s customer care responds after an eon on any platform. In case of query and complain on this, there won’t be any help.
4. Cashback will come 20 days after the offer ends.
5. Limited number of customers and fcfs are scary terms too.
6. Finally, niki’s “inconvenience” fee.
I decided to give it a miss and instead paid my bill of above 1100 via HDFC OnChat with instant 100 off and 10% Payzapp cb (BILLPAY).
Its for all users banner says. 
All Niki users. Doesn’t mean jack.. If they say all paypal users, then one can think about it.

@agada Choose Payzapp as payment mode on the chat and then tap on the Payzapp app notification that appears for in-app payment.
[Don’t tap ‘Skip, pay here’ option. I think you have to have Messenger and Payzapp installed on the same device. I have not tried cross-device payment.]
In the pop-up, login by entering the PIN, then apply BILLPAY code (10% upto 250) or PAYZAPP code (100 on 250 or more), select a card and pay.

I called Paypal to clarify on this offer. They mentioned that it should be the first transition through Niki app on Paypal. You are eligible even if you are a old user on Paypal and claimed previous cashback. Only drawback being cashback will be credited by Nov 30 according to the total cumulative purchases made during the offer period.
Means any one who has done transaction on nikki app previously by using paypal is not eligible for this offer and cash back
Suppose if i already paid eb through amazon app and received 125 rs cashback. Now if i pay through niki using amzon pay as a payment gateway, will i get 125 rs cashback???
