Received today but looks like nivia has its own size standard..usually I use 7 but its too fit for me..I should have ordered 8..now I have to return..anybody willing to buy 7 in pune can contact me..

I never have got a replacement option on amazon. That maybe because of the pricing wherein they give offers on particular sizes sometimes. If they allowed replacement for sizes you know what us dimers will do
I guess they would only replace a particular size/color if there are defects else refund.
