I: DEFINITIONS

“Alliance Partner” shall mean “Musafir.com India Pvt. Ltd”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
“ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
“ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) “shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
“Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit card and/or ICICI Bank prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Bank
Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Cards, or ICICI Bank Net banking services on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank
“Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of any products on in.musafir.com using ICICI Bank net banking services during the Offer Period on the Website.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from September 19, 2016 to September 30, 2016, both days inclusive.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/ service.
“Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance partner
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

This offer is brought to you solely by Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of Alliance partner.
The offer is exclusively for ICICI bank customers only to whom the offer has been communicated via any of the mode(e.g e-mailer, sms, direct mailer, credit card statement insert or any other means of communication)
Every card is entitled to two transactions per card.
Offer only valid for direct individual travel purchases of domestic flight operating within India & international flights operating from India for adults and children purchased online on in.musafir.com till September 30, 2016.
Offer not valid for pre-packaged trips, trips booked through our travel experts, trips booked by travel agents or in conjunction with any other offer (This also includes the current IndiGo Airlines and SpiceJet Sale).
Offer only valid if the Promo Code is successfully entered before purchase and payment is made using ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card or ICICI Bank Net Banking service. Offer amount will be deducted from any refunds if a trip is cancelled in part or full.
Offer has no monetary value and cannot be reused, exchanged, encashed or refunded.
All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at [email protected] without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Musafir.com, only up to a period of 7 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
Date change is allowed, customers has to inform Musafir minimum one working day prior and between 10AM and 8PM working day ( Mon-Sat) to departure and have to bear the additional charges if required, else they can contact the respective Airline offices directly
Name changes are not allowed, however customer has to call up the respective airline directly. Privacy policy for the Musafir website, prior to providing such information.
The prices of the products and / or services are exclusive of taxes and the tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the offer shall be borne by the Customer.
In case of any disputes, Cardholders/Netbanking users are required to present the relevant online payment receipts and booking confirmation evidence for further investigation by the ICICI Bank. In all such cases, the decision of ICICI Bank & Musafir.com shall be treated as final.
ICICI Bank & Musafir.com reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Musafir.com shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount coupons to the customer.
