About the Offer
Here’s how the offer works:
New to OLA
FLAT Rs.50 off on the first two OLA rides.
Offer is only valid for New OLA Users.
No cashback will be provided for rides with less than Rs.50 value.
All Yatra customers
Redeem up to 50% (max up to Rs.50) of the trip fare using eCash.
Offer valid on every OLA ride booked on Yatra mobile App. Each customer can avail the offer only twice on a single day.
Only promotional eCash can be used for OLA trip. Cancellation refunds parked in user eCash wallet cannot be used for OLA bookings.
Customer cannot avail both eCash and promo code discount on a trip. Both are mutually exclusive.
Multiple promo code discounts cannot be availed on an OLA trip.
In case the customer changes the destination while travelling, the max eCash redeemed will be based on initial fare estimate while creating trip request.
If customer’s eCash balance become less than 50% of trip cost (max up to Rs.50) then eCash cannot be redeemed for the OLA trip. Customer will have to pay complete trip fare to OLA.
If a customer is availing eCash discount then it will over ride any promo code discount already applied on OLA.
If eCash promotion call fails at OLA end due to some reason then customer has to pay for the complete trip amount. In such cases, eCash if deducted will be refunded immediately. However in some exception cases it may take 72 hours.
In case of trip cancellations, eCash if debited will be refunded back to customer’s account immediately. There might be a delay of 72 hours in some cases.
If vendor rejects trip requests, then eCash if debited will be refunded back to customer’s account immediately. In some cases there might be a delay of 72 hours.
Yatra has the right to revoke eCash redemption on OLA trips any time.This right is reserved by Yatra Management.
Yatra can change eCash redemption percentage amount and max redemption limit based on estimated trip fare without notifying the customer.
Terms and Conditions
The offer is valid on the latest version of Yatra App or Android (10.8.13) / iOS (7.8)onwards.
It is not valid for travel agents.
Yatra and ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd (“OLA”) reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior notice.
The decision of Yatra and OLA in all matters connected with or incidental to this offer would be final and binding.
