This is too much.. Here, deal works for the first transacton done after 20th July… In your deal no dates mentioned (shows simply as first transaction, so who utilized this can utilize my offer once again)…
In my phonepe deal, i updated as comment what got changed and need to be considered before your post got created and also asked @A2Zdeals to create wiki for the same so that users aware of this change, though i didn’t mention start date change which i felt lesser importance in the deal…
