Anyone has any info on this ? Samsung.com/us does gives one black but if u want other colors, it costs $170 , does flipkart packaging includes this ?

So was at the Brigade Road (Bengaluru) OP Experience Store sometime back to check 1+ TV
These are my Observations
1. The QLED on this TV is better than any QLED from other brands (except Samsung) in & around 1 lakh price segment
The difference is easily noticeable if you compare QLED to an Normal LED (4K)
But MEMC is way too distracting while watching Movies..i tried to switch it off under settings but did not notice much difference. Was in a hurry so couldn’t test it further but the display is great
Noticed a bit of back light bleeding too (Easily Noticeable with lights switched OFF)
2. Sound output is good not great
3. The smart remote is very tiny but it feels good in hand
4. OS experience is smooth. It is fast, animations are smooth. Settings n all they themed it and there are lots of extra options under settings (in comparison with other Android TVs) Makes me wonder if this isn’t certified android ??
5. TV is a looker especially the pro version, the sound bar down below is a big plus at least aesthetically

Overall at an 60k effective price (w/o stand), it seems worth the price (CPU/GPU/Storage specs still a concern. The store representative too has no idea about TVs Brightness levels, he was saying that info will be updated soon on amazon)
That being said now many brands will start releasing QLED (or better display panels) TVs @ 60k pretty soon

For everyone looking for 4K / futureproof- ing there TV. And the content ‘may’ be available in future, what do you consider average life span of TV sets.
5 years / 7 years / 10 years

Our led went kaput in 7 years.

I am so torn between this and Motorola 65" one. I really want a bigger screen, but picture quality matters too.

Guys go premium brand while investing in TVs don’t not go for budget brand it’s total wastage of money
Just bought Samsung frame 55 inch qled for 76k in flipkart.
OnePlus,blaupunktand iffalcon uses qled from Samsung but they don’t have image processing algorithms which Samsung has this is where Samsung beats OnePlus and other brands and remains superior brand

If picture quality matters most to you then go for Sony,Samsung brands …my friend has mi55 inch and Sony 55 inch he regrets every day for going for mi brand because it has very less brightness and image contrast ..very low brightness

Where did you get this 4000 nits brightness number. Currently no mainstream TV in India do 4000 nits at even 10lacs range let alone this 80k TV

LED TVs should remain thick so as to implement Full Array Local Dimming(FALD) to give us better contrast than slim edge lit TV which gives only around 6000:1 contrast. And anyways a TV i supposed to be looked from front not side. I just don’t get this customer’s fascination with slim TVs and Cell phones compromising utility.
It’s one of the reasons why TV company in India gives no detail about their TVs being FALD or not nor gives any number about the number of independent local dimming zones in the TV thus selling subpar TVs for high cost. Case in example is TCL in Inida. TCL TVs sold in USA are just awesome as customers their are well informed.
