Terms & Conditions:
1. This offer has been made solely and entirely by Netmeds (“Netmeds”) to Kotak Mahindra
Bank (“Bank”) and its Customers (“Customers”) having Kotak, Debit Credit Cards, UPI
through Kotak Mobile Banking app or Net banking
2. Offer Valid from 1st March 2019_ to 30th September 2020 (“Offer Period”).
3. Netmeds.com will offer a Flat 20% OFF on Prescription Medicines to the clients of the Beneficiaries,
based upon the physician’s prescription.
4. The above said Flat 20% discount is valid on any order value of Prescription Medicines only.
5. To receive this special discount on prescription medicines, the Beneficiary should visit
www.netme...om website and add medicines to the shopping cart. Next, at the shopping cart page,
the unique coupon code KOTAKNMS must be applied, so that a flat 20% will be automatically deducted
from the total order value excluding operational charges, and then complete the purchase.
6. A Flat 10% Cashback would be credited to the NMS Wallet once the order is delivered. This would be
applicable only for Prepaid Orders
7. This offer excludes operational charges (delivery and COD charges, or other applicable charges, if any, as
may be deemed necessary in future).
8. This coupon code can be used multiple times during the validity period.
9. If the order placed using the coupon code has been partially modified/cancelled, an applicable portion
of the original discount will be forfeited.
10. The Beneficiary must pay the order amount through the chosen payment method on Netmeds.com. It is
imperative that all the beneficiaries who order prescription medicines must upload relevant
prescription(s) in order to process the prescription orders as required by the law
11. If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the discount will be
applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines.

13. This offer is not valid towards previous purchases.
14. No minimum spend required and no maximum discount
15. This offer is not redeemable for cash or credit.

17. The delivery/COD charges are as quoted on Netmeds.com from time to time. Netmeds.com may, at its

21. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms
and conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and conditions of Netmeds
in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer
and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Netmeds.
22. The Bank and Netmeds reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw
it altogether.
23. The Bank and Netmeds reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any
fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits of the Offer.
24. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of
the goods and services offered by Netmeds. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to
availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Netmeds by calling
on 7200712345 or mail on [email protected] without any reference to the Bank.
25. The decision of the Bank and Netmeds in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final
and shall be binding on all persons.
26. Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be eligible to avail
the offer. Bank shall, in no way, liable in the event the Customers fails to enter the coupon code or uses
the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
27. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in
the services rendered by _Netmeds__ its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby
understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages,
costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer
in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
28. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating
hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
