Excellent non-stick pan for easy clean up. I have to see how it wears though. The non-stick coating on most rice cooker pans wears off in about a year. Looks good on the counter. The missing bottom trivet makes for slightly dried out rice in the bottom half an inch if you leave it on keep warm for too long.
The service is outsourced to a company that I am not happy about it – They are looking one of my appliances for over a year now . If I had known earlier, I probably would have chosen a different brand with their own service network.
