They cancelled the booking without any notice

DONOT trust on OYOROOM , even if I had confirmed booking Hotel has denied checking saying ‘There is no room available’ by Hotel Stay INN paharganj Delhi. when I complained to Oyoroom customer care they said will provide alternate accommodation, but they did not provide saying there is not room available in any nearby hotel so they just cancelled my confirmed booking … hence we suffered it was lady traveler of my family it could assume how much painful when you traveled long distance hoping your hotel is ready and you suddenly come to know it been cancelled.
Very bad experience and customer care sucks saying that you will get refund after 7-14 working days
