General Terms and Conditions

The offer is valid only for SBI Bank Debit & Credit Card users. Offer Validity – 13th June – 16th June 2019, Check-In Dates 30th June 2019.

Discount shall be adjusted in case of full refunds or cancellation of Booking. In case of partial refund the given discount shall be rolled back in same proportionate amount Oyo customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘Best effort’ basis The offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable and all queries with regards to the discount Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 60 days from the offer end date – post which Oyo is not liable for any Discount related query handling.

The maximum discount per booking would be Rs. 4,000/- The offer will be applicable only on MasterCard, Maestro and Visa SBI Debit Card.

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

This Offer is valid only once per user during the offer period. Cardholder will not allowed to make modification post booking is confirmed Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the OYO policy.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on OYO website, Android app, Windows app and iOS app.

All bookings are subject to availability. This program is applicable to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card, except for Corporate Card.
