A. A customer who participates in and is declared a winner of the ‘Watch-N-Play’ game on Hotstar, will get an offer entitling him / her to a cashback of 50% up to 200/- for an order placed on Oyo Rooms subsequent to receipt of such offer, provided: (a) such customer pays for such order using the payment option “Amazon Pay” on Oyo Rooms App (Android/IOS). By availing the offer and / or the cashback, the customers agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion posted below.

A. The customer who participate in and are declared the winner of the ‘Watch-N-Play’ game on Hotstar will be eligible for the cashback offer.

A. Subsequent to receiving the offer on Hotstar, the winner of the game will be redirected to the Amazon Page, listing the terms and conditions of the offer. From here the winner of the game will need to go to the Oyo Rooms app (Android/IOS), place an order of his / her choice and make the payment for such order using “Amazon Pay” as the payment option. On completion of these steps, the winner will be entitled to receive a cashback of 50% up to INR 200/- as Amazon Pay balance in his / her Amazon.in account.

A. Offer is valid from 26th April to 31st May, 2019

A. The offer can only be availed once per user during the validity period of the offer.

A. The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the winner of the game within 3 working days of completion of the transaction in accordance with the applicable terms mentioned below.

A. Offer is valid only on online orders made on the Oyo Rooms app (Android/IOS) and provided the payment for such order is made using “Amazon Pay” payment option on Oyo Rooms.

A. This offer will not be applicable if the winner of the Watch-N-Play game or the relevant merchant cancels the order (placed on the merchant website to avail the offer) fully or partially and in such a case, participation of the winner of the game will be deemed withdrawn and you will not be entitled to any benefit. It is clarified that if the winner of the game has received the benefit, the amount of the benefit will be adjusted from the transaction amount to be refunded (if applicable).
