I have opted for a similar offer around Aug-2013 from Snapdeal (now they have discontinued the deals on eatery), the experience of approaching the COSTA outlet with this coupon was terrible, the moment I declared that I have the coupon, I was ignored by the staff. They looked at the SMS (that I have received to avail the offer) and were quite sarcastic as if I don’t belong to the league of customers they would like to serve.
They eventually served the free drink as per the offer however, I hated the hospitality and never visited a COSTA restaurant again. This particular outlet is located at Ulsoor Bangalore.
