This is a waste deal bro…
You will only get 30%cashback as points..
So now compute the effective cashback and then decide whether this deserve to be an FPD or not!!..

so what is wrong here… u spend as points and get cashback as points…. that is how i computed…
it is exactly 30% cashback…. if u spend 1000rs u will get 300 rs as cashback as simple as that…
the only bad thing is that , people maynot have so many points , but really good for icici customers as all the rewards are through payback

ya you are right bro..for a moment i thought this as a faltu one from ebay…
for a purchase of 1000 rs you need to have 4000 payback points and you will get 1200 points back (i.e. effectively 300 rs)
smells good, but payback is very bad in fulfilling their promises..
s bro, payback is bad in fullfilling promises for 3rd party merchants, as they are very poor in tracking.
but in places where u r required to enter your payback card in the merchant site, there has been no problem.

for people who dont want to buy anything can still get 30% by buying the above, Shopperstop, lifestyle, bigbazaar, MMT, Cleartrip vouchers.

@karthi4052752 Thanks for tagging. However, I recently redeemed my Payback points for something and I now have only around 200 points. VU.
Have 6060 points. But got nothing to buy from ebay

gift cards????
@karthi4052752 wrote:
gift cards????
Here my calculation
40 points = 10 rs…
If i bought 100 rs item ,will get 30 points… 30 points is 7.5 rs…
Overall we get 7.5 rs back….but lots of ebay codes are there to give morethan 7.5 % and instant discount too….u can pay via ola money which provide 10% cb offers every month ….
But deal is good for who have more payback points…

Under what offer?
Payback always computes credit on the points redeemed, soif you redeem 10000 points (for Rs.2500) you will get 3000 points credit back. But ICICI charges a flat transaction processing fee of Rs.25+taxes on redemption for payback cards linked to it.

i do not understant what u r talking about bro… can u explain???
icici gives 6 points for every 200 spend with my platinum debit card

If your payback card is linked to the debit card, for every point redemption transaction, Rs.25+tax would be charged into your ICICI account. Does not matter whether you redeem 2000 points or 20000 points at one transaction.
You indicated that ICICI have given 3000 points for adding money to digibank wallet. Are you getting money for load money transactions? And 3000 points @ 6/200 means you loaded Rs.1 lakh?
what is this
