Purchased dry fruits from Miltop exports 3-4 times, it was good, however last order was damaged in courier ( eaten by rodents may be in courier Co.) and it was smartly covered with Tape by courier Co. M/s First Flight. On opening the packet damage was noticed, matter taken up with Paytm, following for more than 10 days, got only initial acceptance of complaint and then one query asking for Invoice etc. since then two reminders sent, no reply. Sadly Paytm has no system to speak to them through call or chat.

Yes through Facebook you can speak. Many times they have solved my issues through Facebook. Try to ping them there you’ll have a better chance
