bro it does not depend on connection speed,
meanwhile i can suggest u to get a connection with ping < 20ms would work better.
I have seen Dishnet wireless connection (earlier Aircel) in my college that offered me 0ms ping , dont know how and the sites open before i blink my eyes .

ya speed does matter only for large videos or songs , pages are too less sizes , 512k also sufficient , thing is time taken by server to sent data to our ip .

Site was slow,unresponsive…couldn’t add HDD,trimmer…so went for earphones
