It’s no where mentioned that it’s Paytm to Paytm UPI. The sender UPI must be paytm, I think it’s not mandatory that receiver also should have Paytm UPI

Now a days paytm has become ridiculous. In offer at first they mentioned that offer concludes on 16th Dec and all of sudden just close the offer and also incomplete Tnc.
The offer banner is still showing in app so are there any chances it will be live again ????
