Hey, can anybody help me, actually I booked bus ticket online for the first time. So, whom I’ve to contact there at bus terminal? As I haven’t got bus number or any other information to find that particular bus?

Depends on the bus operator. Some operators will send you SMS with bus number and drivers/helper’s phone number few hours prior to the journey. I believe you must have selected a boarding point while booking and PAYTM would have given some phone numbers along with ticket. Call those phone number and get the exact details. Unlike trains, bus service completely depends on the operator. Do read RedBus reviews before booking buses.
