Paytm has finally come out and explained about how promo codes work on Daily needs Products after several complaints from many users stating that promo code does not get applied

What are the various types of Cashback offers?
Individual offers: You can buy any number of items and get individual Cashback on each item
Combo Offers:
Type 1: Your order should have certain minimum number of items and you get Cashback on the total order
Type 2: Your order should have certain minimum number of items and you get cashback on each item which is greater than or equal to cashback received while buying the items individually
Type 3: Your order should be of certain minimum value and you get Cashback on the total order

Is there a minimum purchase value required to avail the offers?
For individual Cashback offers, there is no minimum limit. You can get Cashback on a single item as well
For combo offers, you will either have to buy a minimum number of items or your order value should be of a certain minimum amount depending on the terms and conditions of the combo offer

Are all products eligible for combo offers?
No, only selected products are eligible for combo offers. You can check the applicable offers on each item when you add them to your cart.

How do I apply the Promocodes?
Add all the items which you want to buy to your cart. If you want to avail a combo offer, please ensure that you have the minimum number of items / items of a certain minimum value in your cart, only then you’ll be eligible for the combo Cashback offer.

While checking out, you will see an option to apply a Cashback promocode on each item. If all the items in your cart are eligible for the combo offer, then you simply need to apply that Cashback promocode.

Can I avail the combo offer by simply ordering multiple quantities of the same product? For e.g. if I need to buy minimum 5 items to get Cashback, can I simply add 5 units of the same product to avail the offer?
No, you can only add a certain quantity of a product while availing the combo offers.

For e.g. if you have to buy 5 items to get certain Cashback and maximum quantity allowed per product is two. You can avail the offer by buying 2 units of one product, 2 units of second product and 1 unit of the third product.

How does the following offer works – Shop for 5 or more items to get up to Rs.1,500 Cashback?
This offer would be valid only on selected products. Your order should have 5 or more products that are eligible under this offer. You will get cashback on each item which is greater than or equal to cashback received while buying the item individually.

Once the products are added to your cart, you need to apply the promocode on each of them. You will be able to see the individual Cashback you will receive for each product. Cashback for each item would be of a different amount but collectively the Cashback on items cannot be more than Rs. 1,500.

When will I receive the Cashback?
Cashback acquired from a promocode will be credited to your Paytm Wallet within 24 hours of your product being shipped. If product comes under no return policy, Cashback will be credited post 7 days of delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed with combo offer promocode cannot be canceled.
