how long doest it take for payzap cb…can we send cb to bank ?
It will take a few days to get the cashback. T&C says within 30 days.
You should be able to transfer the cash back to bank ideally but I would rather wait for someone else to confirm this as I have not tried it.

You can try & see if payment through card (Debit/Credit Card) works or not, as suggested earlier

@duke @murari333 @hemal7980 I placed 3 orders in total, 2 the day before yesterday and 1 yesterday and everything worked fine for me.
Maybe there is some temporary problem at the moment. Wait for a few more hours or till tomorrow and then try again and see if the problem resolves.
@amitsp I have no idea about cancellation charges so can’t comment on that but I have canceled a lot of orders in April but I was never charged any money for cancellation.

Received cash back in Bigbasket wallet for Freecharge & also received Payzapp cash back for 2 out of 3 orders.
Received 250 cashback in Payzapp wallet today 14 May 2018 for Big Basket transaction on 10 May. Freecharge cashback of Rs. 100 was credited immediately on delivery of order on 11th May in Big Basket wallet.

Yes, procedure is as simple as opening a paytm acc… But for getting cashback u need to be kyc verified
