2001 jeez! It probably runs on Pentium 3. Lol. You could try installing an Ssd. Just buy a cheap one and slap it on that extinct system.

A 2001 system probably won’t have SATA, so SSD is out of the question. Using such an old system is just an exercise in torturing yourself. Any money spent on it is a waste of money and effort.
