Dont buy anything from pepperfry as they send the worst quality products, not worth the money even after discount.
you cant cancel order, you cant return order, they say we don’t return because of low quality reasons, they dont accept the damage reasons and in the end they will stop picking your number. go through the comments on their facebook page.
And in the end stop posting their deals as I bought a bean bag and a mattress after seeing the post on here only.

I recently bought a clock from them and they hadn’t mentioned but it was a printed wall lock. For the deal it was ok but I did not want to put a printed wall clock in my home.So when I tried to return it they denied it simply. I was shocked. I screamed on their fb page after the rude call with their customer care. I received a call and then they said as exception they will take it back and refund me in their wallet and I can shop again. This much is fine from me. what pissed me off was the initial experience with their customer care. But in the end they did fix it.
I recently purchased 60K worth of products. My assessment says that if things go well then pepperfry is a great deal. But if anything goes wrong then only God can help. Pepperfry employes the worst people in my opinion, the low salaried bottom of the pit uneducated people who are simply unable to understand the problem being explained.
