I did not order anything. I just applied the code at checkout page to see it is getting applied or not..

Looks like they are selling broken seal damaged products during sale. Ordered horlics gold from my father’s account and I didn’t checked seal at the time of delivery. The next day I checked and its seàl was pierced by someone. I thought my mom or dad opened it but when I asked they didn’t even knew where the bottle is, so its open before. Emailed them about it and they told me to wait for the resolution,
Beware check every product at the time of delivery.

peppertap is cheater, which delivers short delivery, They intentionally makes short delivery of your order, due to which paytm eats all full cash back, and they don’t even refund ur money of Short delivery, had eaten all my money, order costed me 20% extra than market.

Earlier they used to be good but their customer service is bad now. Ordered products worth 1.2k, half of the items were not delivered and one item was missing, complaint to them that havnt received that item. The customer care email me the invoice that we have bought and delivered it.

After some exchange of emails, they agreed that the delivery boy missed the product and than delivered me next day. With this experience, I have lost trust in Peppertap completely. Uninstalled the app and would never order from them again no matter how good would be the offer. Grofers is far far better in customer service to me so far.

Update They replaced horlics gold next day. They called me for feedback i suggested them to check items before delivery.
