@ashik bhai…nothin like that bhai… was bout to purchase 1 for my frnd but dropped da idea when i saw that image & review….but its a gud deal if they deliver… of-course not all time low…but gone those pfry days….:-)

I ordered it and when I completed payment it gave me a reciept for Shashank Waghmore
I am logged into his account and I can see my order there ready to be delivered to his address
In the order history I can see that 2 other orders are there of the same trimmer. One he has declined(I think because he never placed the order he was honest enough to decline it or maybe it was COD)

Other has not been shipped
I am calling the customer service. After waiting they seem to simply disconnecting the phone.
I can hear my call getting out the que and then I can hear them disconnect the call.

BEWARE do not buy it.

I happened to get into the same issue as reported by @rajsanand here! I placed the order successfully and then I noticed the receipt was on a different name “Tushar Malik” who is based in Haryana. On top of this I was logged into his account automatically. I don’t have a clue what’s happening here, may be there is a bug in their system or some sort but this is extremely pissing off as someone is taking the order I placed and their customer service number don’t answer the call. It’s a shame I didn’t read all replies before placing the order. Anyone suggest what needs to be done? I spoke to my bank and they can’t do much than suggesting to raise a dispute against the merchant. Phew!

Update: 4:00 PM – I got connected to the customer service person finally and they acknowledged that there is a bug in the system which mixes up other people order and they have no further information except that the person promised rest is fine. He also confirmed my name and address, along with expected date I would receive the order. I’ll keep you guys posted on how this goes.
