It appears to be a bug then fraud. Take it easy.

In the order history I can see that 2 other orders are there of the same trimmer. One he has declined(I think because he never placed the order he was honest enough to decline it or maybe it was COD)

I am calling the customer service. After waiting they seem to simply disconnecting the phone.
I can hear my call getting out the que and then I can hear them disconnect the call.

UPDATE!!!. After contacting them through Email. They solved the issue. There is a bug in their system. They processed my order.
They even delivered my item. Its genuine and new. Though their delivery time is not that great. They took more than 3 days to ship the product.

Anyways the deal seems genuine only problem they have bugs on their website they need to fix
