See I ordered by changing the seller and I talked with Amazon senior customer support executive he promised me if anything goes wrong with product then Amazon will return and refund the money…
Looks like a duplicate from reviews. It comes in brown box, cheap plastic, blades rusting after some time are some of the reviews…

Doubtful…seller “NHS Store” on the day of purchase immediately acknowledge and dispatched within couple of hours even Amazon fulfilled items do not acknowledge quickly.
