What is the eligibility criteria?

Offer can be availed on selected e-gift card purchases on PhonePe
Customer has to perform minimum transaction of amount mentioned above for each brand to avail the offer
Offer valid on all mode of payments except wallet
What is the offer duration?

18:00 hrs on 9th February 2018 to 23:59 hrs on 28th February 2018
How many times can this offer can be availed?

Offer can be availed 5 times on each brand of the selected e-gift card purchases per user.
How do I avail the offer?

1. On your PhonePe app
2. Click on Gift Card Icon within “Buy On PhonePe” section of the app
3. Go to Offers tab within the Gift Card category.
4. Select the gift card you wish to Purchase.
5. Enter the amount you wish to purchase e-Gift card.
6. Pick the payment option for the same.
7. Click on BUY Now to complete the transaction.
When do I get the cashback / benefit?

Cashback will be credited to you within 24 hours of the transaction on which the offer is applicable
What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?

If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my Transaction?

Once purchased is Processed ,an e-Gift cannot be cancelled or returned.
In case of a payment failure during the purchase, the amount will be refunded back to you within 2 working days.
Other Terms and Conditions:

Offer is applicable on iOS and Android devices
Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe
Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
The transaction must be initiated and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
In case of dispute, PhonePe reserves the right to take the final decision on the interpretation of these terms & conditions.
In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached(₹10,000), the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.

Is the cb instant ?

Yes, I can read that its written as we will get cb in 24 hours. But in reality what is the average time of cash back ?

No amazon gift card?

I havenot purchased any GV in phonepe till date. So If I purchase flipkart 500 GV, will I get 5% cashback or 10% cashback?
